Dating older resources #1

Great work on this resource, thank you for doing this! Would be great to include this in official repo.

There is a lot of content here that is quite dated now - what I would suggest is separating out anything before 2017 into an "Older Resources" section, from the more modern information.

@guybedford I have added an Older Resources section to the same and move all the relevant items there. How do I include this in official repo, will transferring the repo to jspm org work?
