Spanish traslation #21

As seen for Portuguese, may be we can include a spanish locale version for
this great application.

I have changed from Portuguese xml to Spanish one.

Unfortunatelly I've found two mistakes in my translation. I'm very sorry. 
Here is a new version with these corrections.

Please can you save xml file in utf-8 encoding? Xml file marked in first string 
as
utf-8 encoded but there are some unreadable characters now (if to try open it as
utf-8 file)

I hope now is in UTF-8.

May I ask for the original ans latest xml (in english)?? So, in this way I can 
compare 
with the spanish one and I will translate new strings.

SPANISH

<string name="disable_all_property_summary">Comprobar si la desactivación no 
funciona</string>
