jec2.describeSnapshots() gets all the snapshots on amazon! #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use jec2.describeSnapshots(List<String> snapshotId) with an empty    list of 
ids
2. i see the resulting List<SnapshotInfo> and it has hundreds of snapshots
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect only my snapshots,but i get like hundreds of snapshots

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
typica 1.7, windows 7
