Improve badge grid responsiveness

Update grid layout to 2 columns for small and medium screens
Implement 3-column layout for large screens (1025px and wider)
Adjust media queries to support new grid layout
Maintain responsive design for header, footer, and other elements
Optimize badge container sizing and spacing across screen sizes
