Getting a getActionString() failed error #7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Getting an error "getActionString failed!"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Just downloaded the latest from the svn repo. Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like the URL http://site24.way2sms.com/jsp/InstantSMS.jsp is giving a 
404. 
Is this replaced by a new URL?
