Load used actions from the same organization

Load all actions from the organization this repo is in.

Process description:

• Load all repositories
• For each repository,
• Get all files in the /workflows/ folder
• Parse each yml file and get the actions from 'uses:xyz'
• Return the actions found, including the information of the repo and the workflow we found it in.
