"Scutter id" #6

I can not understand what could be in the config.rdf the "Scutter id" to pass 
to the parameter -id

I am using the command line:

C:\slug>@slug -config etc/config.rdf -id shallow-slow-scutter -plan 
etc/sample-plan.rdf
