Job Browser - Download client JD #137

If JD is not attached, it shows message, which is appear on screen for seconds only, please increases the visibility time of message

10 s is what we need to have .. This is part of the timedmsgbox common template

its already 10,000 milliseconds i.e. 10 seconds. I have changes it to 20s, if it can be discussed. I have added a PR

This is working for the FIRST time only, Try doing it for the second time again the message disappear very quickly
