Status page still shows status codes #197

Goto Job browser , shortlist few candidates , click on show list.. Show list page shows status code instead of descriptions

There are some logical issues with it sir, first of all it happens in non-shortlisted resume, so there is no status column associated with them. After shortlisting we are associating status codes (scheduled, rejected etc.) so I am not getting why there is status column for non shortlisted resumes in the first place.
