Manage user - status #215

How to change status of the user from Active to disable or other

In the manage user page ,

Add a column that shows the current status of a user.
In the edit user page

Show a drop box with all statuses. currently you can take -> Active , Deleted as 2 statuses.
When a new user is being added, status should be active by default.
For an existing user, people can change the status and save.

When a user is marked as deleted, please ensure such user can not login and an appropriate is flashed to him.
