Additional text field for extra information #124

I can add a schedueld item, with the information about the name and adress
of the specific item. But could there be a extra text filed where I can add
some text to the item? Explaining it or just extra information to others
reading it!

In my example I tried to plan a holiday present for my mother wich involves
buying tickets for a concert. I wished to add something like "Book tickets
for the consert!!!" so maybe others could reply to my text that "The
tickets are taken care of I bought them on ticket.com for 50 €".

Just my thoughts!
