Foreign Address Geocoding #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type an address of an apartment in Beijing, in English
2. anything except for Chinese characters returns "no results found" 
3. well known place names (such as The Forbidden City) do return results.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a geocoded address marker.  no results

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trippy for google wave.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is for lonely planet, a travel-based company.  almost absurd that I
have to know how to write the local language in order to use this app for
planning a trip anywhere.
