Notepad read file #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try open some file by notepad.exe For example txt or xml
2. Notepad open with blank page

The expected output: file body

Use C# DokanNetMirror as example and DokanNet library from svn (see attach)

What OS?
Have you tried opening with Wordpad ?
Which version of Dokan ? (There is no version information in the Dokan .dll's !)
