Dokan drive letter assigned error #202

I have downloaded the latest Dokan lib and SSHFS, run and get the following 
error:
Dokan drive letter assigned error!

My platform:
Win XP + SP3

Same issue with Dokan SSHFS on XP SP3.

I followed indications on how to add context menu to Dokan drive and permission 
setting dialog. I installed dokan-sshfs-0.2.0.1226 and replaced .dll and .exe 
by those from dokan-sshfs-0.6.0.

As it wasn't working, I just installed dokan-sshfs-0.6.0, but same issue.
