No downloadable documentation #1

I want to use develop 'off-line' but I can not find a method of downloading
the documentation. There seems to be plenty of documentation within the
wiki but this is several individual web pages.

Confirmed, you can checkout the wiki pages as they are in SVN but you're stuck 
with 
the wiki formatting as far as I can tell.
