Some refactoring of the utils.python_utils.minimization to enable the interruptions of the multiprocessing.

Change:

added two new utility functions:

cleaned up the logic to pick the number of processes to use and put it in the private function _get_number_processes
added a function that uses pathos_mp.ProcessingPool as a context manager to handle exceptions
wrapped the call to _take_global_optimisation_step to catch any keyboard interrupts.
