Reference Files for miRDeep2.pl #119

Hi, I'm a bit confused for the reference files to use for miRDeep2.pl. I have miRNA data for mouse and I followed along the tutorial (https://drmirdeep.github.io/mirdeep2_tutorial.html).

For the command

miRDeep2.pl reads_collapsed.fa refdb.fa reads_vs_refdb.arf mature_ref.fa mature_other.fa hairpin_ref.fa -t mmu 2>report.log

I downloaded the files from https://mirbase.org/download/ However, how do I get the file mature_other.fa, which I assume are related species to mouse?
