error in install.pl #35

I'm getting an error in install.pl file following is the error Use of uninitialized value $shell in pattern match (m//) at install.pl line 46. 'which' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. 'which' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. No grep found on the system

  1. Which version of miRDeep2 are you trying to install.
  2. Where did you download it from.
  3. Which operating system are you using?

If you don't have grep or which installed on your system I would doubt that anything else will run...

Please let us know which operating system you are using ... M$ systems don't work..

Closing due to inactivity - assuming this was on Windows even though the README mentions Linux as a requirement and MacOS as only alternative.

Feel free to comment/re-open if this is not resolved.
