Build.pl #92

Build.pl install of miRDeep2 this branch might need some more testing.

This script allows for automated installs after satisfying the bowtie/ViennaRNA/randfold dependencies. This might need some testing you can also leave this here if your just using this repo for historic reasons.

How is this different from the existing install.pl? What problem does this PR solve?

As long as there is no bug in the current miRDeep2 version there will be no changes made to the code.
