consensus.star.sequence #97

In the mirDeep2 output, there is a column labeled consensus.star.sequence. Does anybody know what this means? I can't find any information in the documentation. Thank you very much.

This column would show the sequence from your annotation file if it was given on the command line. If no file with annotated star sequences is given then nothing should be shown.
