Autodiscover the front end URL in the custom Google services #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the 2.0.0 connector with the Google services on the SharePoint
server
2. Create a connector instance by adding values for mandatory fields
3. Run the connector

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The connector should be able to discover and crawl all sites, subsites,
site collections

In case, the default URL, configured using the Alternate Access Mapping,
for all sites, sub sites is different than the one given with crawl URL,
the connector excludes them from crawling as it does not match the Include
URL pattern.

One workaround is to enter the default URL patterns in the Include URLs of
the connector configuration.

To have the all URLs in the feed with the front end URLs as the base URLs,
users also need to provide Alias Mapping.

The Google services for SharePoint should discover the front end URLs and
send them as the base URLs for all the sites, subsites, sitecollections
that are discovered
