  1. Discard the GSP algorithm
  2. Create Hierarchical Clustering based on Particular Movie, Actor, ... etc
  3. Create java interface feature having sequence and percentage
  4. Create an user interface for defining colors of features for the scarfplot.
  5. Work with new viewer having blocks for finding sequences.

  1. Generic Percentile implementation might be wrong. Sandhya and Nahid should be together.
  2. Find a different method of putting random color. The method name should not contain scarfplot as they are bar chart.
  3. Implement sequence feature. Find all the 4 length sequence and sort them.
  4. Implement the particular percentile as the bigger portion should be sorted so that comparison is possible.
  5. We need to show that particular clustering is random. Find an argument.

  1. Finish the coding ( Only raiders)
  2. Count the gazes inside the AOIs ( Professor gonna do it)
  3. For each view count the element ( Movies + Actors + Directors +Genres )
  4. Rank the elements based on connections ( 2 movies manual , then rank others)
  5. Do the user study 3+3 = 6 minutes with Nahid and Mershack.

  1. The user study to be Think out loud and record audio.
  2. User tasks could be: i) Are User A and User B doing the same task? ii) Has User C started doing Task-X? iii) Providing the brat pack task has been started, Which Brat pack members name were mentioned?
  3. We need to sub divide the task and stream it in different orders.
  4. Thinking about Heatmap first , ThemeRiver visualization later.
  5. Radial scarfplot with leader line visualization.

  1. List down 4-5 visualization techniques from the STAR paper. Task Taxonomy on them.
  2. Write up 1 page proposal.
  3. Write up EuroVis paper.
  4. Simulated Perspectives.

  1. Find a task taxonomy for the EuroVis Paper. Tasks may be two categories: Visual Queries, Visual Estimation.
  2. Some tasks could be : What category of data people looked at most? What categories do people jump in ? Tasks should be as exhaustive as possible.
  3. Based on the tasks look in to Scan path, Re Designed scarf plot and AOI River.
  4. Start writing the EuroVis Paper
  5. Work on the perspective replay.
