What steps will reproduce the problem?

You either need to uncheck JavaScript Development Tools on the Install or 
install to Eclipse Classic or Eclipse for Java.  Eclipse EE does not work 
cleanly because of the conflicting JSDT.  I'll close the defect since it is a 
duplicate of

issues/detail?id=7 You can see more details about the problem there.
