I'm not sure. It may be the network I'm testing on, or possibly with my system
What operating system are you running? Backtrack 5 R2? 32 or 64 bit?

using wifite from root works fine and it properly scans for networks. After
stopping the scan and choosing a network to work with it begins without any
problems, and Reaver/Fern Wifi GUI report my cardd is in fact injecting.
WPA/ WPA2 with or without WPS
The WPS attack always ends up as 0/## success/ttl. After a certain period of
time it lists 0% success and eventually it 'fails' and finds a new client
twice, then attempts a deauth which fails as well after maybe 15 minutes.
WEP
Attack seems to collect IV'S but the actual attacks fail (aircrack, cafe latte,
etc) dont succeed.
I have set a known password on my home Westell router under WEP encryption and
WPA2 and it still does not succeed.
I found a 'patch' here and saved the wifite.diff to a folder and entered that
directory. i used patch -p0 < wifite.diff and it reported "nothing but garbage"
or something.
Is this my system? This is a laptop of course with Realtek/AMD drivers.
if more info is needed I may be able to provide it somehow. Thanks
