No auto-creation of incidents #65

Describe the bug I am not sure if it is a bug, a configuration issue, or a missing feature but an issue is not created even when my services go down. The "create incident" API is working fine. I tried the documentation but couldn't find anything related.

I will take this as a feature request, currently monitors do not create incidents
