Adding the capability to detect the face mask within the same video frame

I want to work on this. I've previously implemented Face Mask Detection using CNNs and HAAR Cascade Classifiers from Live Video feeds.

But please do help me on where to place the training files and models.

Also, since my exams will be held from 21st to 25th Jan, I'll only be able to start after that. But I'm extremely excited to work on it.

yess @AnshMishra2001 i guess so as @IndraP24 hasn't contacted me not created a PR or updated whether he is still working on that. i have tagged him here lets give it a day to respond then i will assign it you

Actually I have already started working on it, but I'm a part of the DSC VIT Bhopal and we are conducting a month-long event, so I am a bit busy with this.

I haven't stopped working on it and progressing, although not too swiftly.

If it's fine with you to have this feature a bit later than what it would've been, then I would like to keep working on it.

Hey @rajpratyush, I've been giving it a try but found it very difficult to implement. There are various kinds of limitations in this kind of Face Mask detections and building an accurate model in this scenario is almost next to impossible for a beginner in Image Processing like me. Not right now i have been busy with other works as of now but definitely in the future
