Mimic CXR or Mimic CXR JPG #2

I am confused about the dataset used in the paper. There are two versions of the dataset. One is Mimic CXR which is 4.7 TB in size and is present at this location: https://physionet.org/content/mimic-cxr/2.0.0/. The other is Mimic CXR JPG which is 556 GB and is located at this link: https://physionet.org/content/mimic-cxr-jpg/2.0.0/.

Also in the paper, you mentioned the Mimic CXR JPG(556 GB) version and gave its reference but here in the GitHub repository, the link is to Mimic CXR (4.7 TB) ?
