save FICS login name and passwd #204

Pychess saved the fics login name and passwd before (iirc), but now it doesn't.

It is my hope to have - either in Stauton or Anderssen - a gaim like accounts 
dialog,
which would contain your name, password, preferred port, protocol etc.
But if it doesn't make it into Stauton, a "remember my password" check button 
might
be appropriate.
