Piece d'n'd is slow #242

D'n'd pieces is rather slow, especially when scaling up the board and when
dragging over other pieces.

This could be solved be rendering all pieces to surfaces, which would be
used for the drawing and scaled by bitmap, until the surfaces have been
upscaled in a separate thread.

Closing this, seams d'n'd seams a lot faster on the same system today.
