Add user "profiles" #279

PyChess should handle human players using profiles.
You should not just start a game using "Human", but using your profile
"Your Name".
This way PyChess would be able to keep data such as name, fics login data
and statistic stuff like how the rating has changed over time.

A profile with the username would be created at first run, and would be
selected as "Default", so that it would be used when starting a game from
the starters rather than from the File->New dialog.

Please add any additional ideas.

Yesterday, I was thinking about a dialog of statistics, but now it can be 
integrated
to "profiles", only when Human plays and not FICS games:
  * 2 win(s): 50 %
  * 1 lost(s): 25 %
  * 1 draw(s): 25 %
  * Total: 4 games
  * Difficulty calculate: Expert (3 games)
With button "restart".

Yes, we should indeed keep such statistics.
I'm also thinking about "aggressivity" and "mistakes per game".

I'm not sure though, that we can calculate "Difficulty", as the engines are not 
far
equal in strength on the different levels.

I created a mockup in glade of an approach to the Human profiles. (Notice the 
graph
is just an image)

The engine profiles will need to be rather different, and should support e.g. 
the UCI
engine parameters. Should it also have statistics?
