Please fix Desktop file #299

$ desktop-file-validate pychess.desktop 
pychess.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is deprecated
pychess.desktop: warning: value "Application;Game;BoardGame;" for key
"Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" contains a deprecated value "Application"

1- Please remove "Encoding=UTF-8".
2- Please remove "Application" from Categories.
