[BUG]: Cannot fetch list of user with impersonate #292

Describe the bug When trying to search for a user in impersonate, nothing happens

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Browser [e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium]: Chrome
Dynamics 365/Power Apps Version: Online
Admin/Non-admin: Admin
Online/On-Premise: Online
Unified Interface/Classic Interface: UCI
Model Driven App/Classic App: Classic
Entity name, if it is an out-of-the-box entity: Custom

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Impersonate.'
Click search bar
Type something
Click "Search User"

Expected behavior Fetch a list of users
