Gantt Chart - many things not working or missing features... #341

  1. I can't seem to set a scroll on x-axis or change the x-axis

  2. setting start date in options do NOT work

  3. legendToggle does NOT work

  4. I can't change the width of the legends

  5. I can't customize tooltips

@rakannimer It will be great if we can customize the tooltips and scroll across x and y axis.
