update ruby 3.3 support from 3.3.0-rc1 to 3.3.5 #125

Note that 3.3.0 is not usable because of https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/20088.

See #112 for more context.

This is still failing because the fix for https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/20088 has not been backported to 3.3. :cry: I'll leave it open for a bit since ruby patch releases have been happening pretty often.
