The SVN URL doesn't work for HTTP #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try checkout the project using:
svn checkout http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/ oauth-read-only

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected, to start checking-out the project, what I see "svn: access to 
'http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/java' forbidden
"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
When I change http to https it works!
