There's a garbage problem in the game where the HP of dwellers increases per level up per endurance, making level up before maxing Endurance ( which also means you need perfect outfit ) a detriment.
A button that upon press will loop every dweller, take their Endurance, and pretend it leveled up from level 1 to its current level regarding setting its max HP.
