confused about a bar in my vim #82

Hello!

I am trying to switch to this theme, the white version! Really good. You made an amazing work. I have just a question. I didn't see any option to disable the top bar in my screenshot

Is it part of the vim-one theme or am I missing something? Thanks a lot
