[#1042] - Updated the taluk search field to be dropdown [#1037] - Updated the taluk input field to be dropdown

Updated the taluk fields to be dropdown instead of just a textfield

Also, mention the key points if any to look into while code reviews

Can we have connected drop down ? If Thrissur, shows only taluks in Thrissur
