Map Tab in KeralaRescue Dashboard #1077

Add filters of Maps and GPS coordinates Tabs in KeralaRescue Dashboard Portal. It can be easy to add the missing Map and Cords details.

Since the above details are not visible in the filter page, we need to open each page to check whether the details are added or not.
