Finally got time to set up a local environment and did the following to make the homepage clutter-free:
1) Fixed the spacing issue between the text and buttons on top. Added Malayalam to after flood.
2) Removed announcements as a card since we already have a red btn-msg on top.
Both of these brought back symmetry to the page.
3) Put registered requests card as fourth because logically the ushahidi map should be seen before the less important stuff
4) Fixed a text alignment issue on the nhm_dpm mobile view.
5) Punctuations and Malayalam here and there.
