Resource/Food Management Required. Food getting wasted some places. #447

Resource/Food Management option Required

Some places food is excess and some places are not getting enough. We need a target based food donation platform. So that the contributors will pledge amout of food they can provide If any camps achieved the target contributers can select nearby camps. In that way we can reduce the food wastage.
