GPS coordinates field is disabled. #471

GPS field is not active while request for others..

Already discussed in https://github.com/IEEEKeralaSection/rescuekerala/issues/304.

There is a button "Enter location manually" at the bottom to add the location manually. It can be used when requesting help on behalf of others. This was merged in https://github.com/IEEEKeralaSection/rescuekerala/pull/289. I think this issue can be closed.
