[Feature Request]Section for Rehabilitation Phase - Verified information about steps to reapply for lost documents and IDs #892

Subject of the issue

-- This is not an issue or bug, but a feature request-- As we are in rehabilitation phase now , one requirement from the victims will be the instructions that they should follow to reapply the proofs and documents they lost. Can you guys add a section for that with verified information on how to apply for ids, documents and other governmental proofs.

Some of them coming to my mind is:

  1. Degree Certificates: -- The rules may wary for different universities
  2. SSLC and Higher Secondary Certificates
  3. Land registration (Adhaaram)
  4. Passport/Adhaar/PAN/Electoral ID
  5. Ration Card
  6. ESI Health Cards

  7. .......

PS: If this is not the place to submit feature request please point me to the correct section
