Make KR futureproof #998

Give your feedback on the features that KR needs for a future deploy. My opinion:

  1. Streamlining request UX (Request for rescue and request for others should have a manual placepicker due gps location deficiencies ?)
  2. Better data import exports in admin (use plugins? ), using existing redis worker

We can use the existing data importing script, but we should check for all data inconsistencies and show an error if any of the data cannot be added to the DB.
