adding ratios to particular directory doesn't take into consideration of time

I was exactly looking for this wiki https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent/wiki/RTorrentRatioHandling

I wish to add torrent to watch directory and I wish to set up ratio group to it but also would like to delete data if certain time is reached and ratio is still not met.

I am a newbie please help me set this.

what exactly be my syntax for this other watch directory. Thank you.
