user guide doesn't mention "off" in [R: ...] part of torrent info line

The user guide section on the torrent info line doesn't mention what [R: ... off] means. For instance:

           done   XXX.Y MB Rate: 0.0 /   0.0 KB Uploaded: AAA.B MB                 [   R: 0.14 off]

What does this mean, and can this information be added to the wiki? Thanks.

Ah, it means the priority of the torrent. I'll update the wiki.
