How do I make it so that I select the download location every time? #1106

From my experience, trying to change the download location of a torrent after it started (even when I ^K it) is kinda a pain in the ass:

Failed to prepare file list: Could not create directory '/mnt/location': Resource temporarily unavailable
Could not resume download: Could not create directory '/mnt/location': Resource temporarily unavailable

or whatever. I'm not here to fix that, I'm just wondering if it's possible to have rtorrent ask me for the download location when a torrent is added.

nvm just switched to qbit
