Rtorrent is shipped with a deprecated gplv2 license version, e.g. the FSF address inside is no longer valid. Here is the recent version: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
Also maybe the author interested in switching to gplv3.
The same is applicable to "libtorrent", too.
