Peering not raising over 255 #735

My rutorrent peering doesn't increase over 255 even if available peers are 1400-1500.

I have installed rtinst for my rtorrent installation.

I met the same bug as you, the number of peers connected by a single torrent does not exceed 255. In my .rtorrent.rc configuration file: throttle.max_peers.normal = 5000 throttle.min_peers.normal = 6000
