AUTOTOOLS > Copying wrong file structure

Not sure if this should be here or if there is a git for plugins.

I have set my DL target to a folder and autotools to create a hardlink in another folder at the same level.

{dl folder}
    - data files
{sync folder}
     -data files

I am often seeing autotools create a hardlink of the download folder inside the sync folder with the data files inside.

{dl folder}
    - data files
{sync folder}
     {dl folder}
          - data files

This causes a headache when trying to sync files.

rutorrent is a totally different project, use their tracker.
